Heather Grieco, RN is a plastic surgery and aesthetic nurse specialist. Her experience includes an extensive surgical background and Advanced Certification in Lasers. Heather brings the proficiency that is required to perform our laser and other treatments in a safe medical spa surrounding under the direction of Dr. Beckler.
Heather has been a registered nurse at Sansum Clinic for over 10 years. She received her nursing degree from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan and started her nursing career in Pediatric Medicine. After relocating to the Santa Barbara area a decade ago, she became interested in aesthetic dermatology. She was privileged to learn from the leaders in the field of Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. Heather has extensive training in Botox cosmetic, dermal fillers, fractional resurfacing lasers, intense pulse light, laser hair removal and medical grade skin care.
Heather is professionally and personally committed to the art and science of cosmetic rejuvenation. She is passionate about educating clients about their skin and recommending personalized treatments and products. Her goal is to exceed client’s expectations at every level.

With comprehensive experience, our scheduler is who you will speak with when you call scheduling your surgery. Warm, friendly and helpful, they will answer many of your questions regarding your pre-appointment and post-treatment experience.
Our operating nurses provide care and support to patients before, during, and after surgery. Our nurses are responsible for maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room, monitoring the patient during surgery, and coordinating care throughout the process. They are also responsible for making sure our team provides the patient with the best care possible.
